Bakery Style Cranberry Cookies
These Cranberry Cookies are a perfect balance of softness and crunch. With bursts of tart cranberries amidst the comforting sweetness of brown sugar and French Vanilla, all wrapped up in a cookie that tastes like it came straight from your favorite bakery.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup flour
2 T. baking soda
1 lb. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 small boxes of French Vanilla instant pudding
7 c. oatmeal
2-3 c. dried cranberries
Directions:
Mix flour and baking soda and set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat butter, sugars, pudding, and eggs util smooth. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well. Add oatmeal gradually. Mix well. Blend in cranberries. Drop by large tablespoon on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
